He married Victoria Pina Rojas on December 7, 2002, in Lubbock, TX. Tony aka Pops was known for his love for his family, his love for people, his hard work, and his faith in God. He was the epitome of a God-fearing man. He lived his life by honoring God and loving others. He graduated from Estacado High School in 1972. He took pride in his work as an Inside Salesman at Morrison Supply Company for 27 years. Prior to that, he worked at Fields & Co for 20 years. He always looked forward to going to work every day and would rarely take a day off. He was well respected for the long-lasting relationships he built with his co-workers and customers. He adored his beautiful wife, Victoria, and enjoyed spending time with her. He took extreme pride in being the Best Pops Ever! His grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to him. He would always be seen in the stands supporting them, cheering them on, and encouraging them in everything they did. He also enjoyed hosting cookouts and watching football. His love for the Dallas Cowboys is indescribable. Our lives will forever be changed, but even more so on Sundays when we will not see him sitting in his recliner rooting for his favorite team. Pops did not know a stranger, he treated everyone like family and welcomed them with open arms. To know him was to love him, and for these reasons along with many more, our Pops will dearly be loved and missed.Survivors include his wife, Victoria Rojas; their children, Adrian (Eppie) Rojas, Olivia (Rene) Ortiz, Laurie Lucero, Jill Lucero, Gigi Rojas, Leticia (Oscar) Solis; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jesus “Pinto” (Janette) Rojas, Gonzalo Rojas; Carolyn (Lupe) Capetillo, Vicki Rojas, Cruz (Lorenzo) Marin, Dale Castaneda, Betty Moreno, Carmen (JoAnn) Silva.
