Tommy O. Middleton

Tommy was born in Lubbock, Texas to Pauline (Lee) and Raleigh Middleton on January 6, 1944. He graduated from Lubbock High School in 1962. During his years at Lubbock High, he was an outstanding athlete. He attended Texas Tech, marrying his high school sweetheart, Tanya Tarkington, in 1965. Tommy engaged in different careers from real estate to being a land man, and he loved the game of golf. Tommy would say his greatest accomplishments were his son, Tark Middleton of Lubbock, and daughter, Tahni (David) Schmidt of Midland and especially his two grandchildren, Chad and Shelby Schmidt of Midland. Tommy is also survived by his “mate” Tanya Middleton. Other survivors include Roy Middleton (Linda) of Lubbock, James Middleton (Sue) of Plano, Carol Dallas (Gearld) of Lakeway, nieces and nephews, and many loyal friends.
