Steven has been like a family member to Margaret and myself, and after his leaving our company we have always done our best to keep tabs on him. His smiling face, and quick wit will be missed by us all.God Bless Steven!

Robert left a message on May 22, 2019: Steven was my best friend at a time that only he could’ve been to me. He kept my head above water as I started to sink by calling me names every time I started to feel sorry for myself. He allowed me to come out to his house and hang out with him and his family because he knew I was just going to sit in my apartment and soak in my misery. Those times were my favorite times during my stent in Lubbock. I appreciated Steve for the type of human being he was. A rare breed, to say the least. I loved this man like a brother, and I honestly feel he loved me too but like a little annoying brother. His family was very special to me. They were people I looked forward to seeing as I drove down 20 on my way to New Deal. It was always a good time, especially when Mannie’s championship belt was on the line. One thing I know is I’ll miss Steve a lot. I love you Steve. Until we see each other again.
