Steve was a wealth of knowledge for all of us throughout the years at Halliburton. For the years that I knew him, it didn’t matter if we were a mechanic or an eletronics tech. ..he was willing to help you learn, as long as you were willing to learn. I am grateful for getting the honor of working with him and getting to know him. A few words I would use to describe him are; honorable, intelligent, accomplished, loving, caring, and dedicated. To the family, thank you for sharing him with us for all those years. He truly is an amazing man

My heartfelt prayers for the family. Steve was always so easy going, cheerful, always joking and making everyone laugh, he was the class clown in school (I know because my brother , Chris, was in his class at ACCS and come home telling us the silly stuff Steve would say and do). Steve was the life of the party so to speak. He was fun to be around. I always looked forward to seeing him at family occasions. He loved his sons, Casey and Cody, and their children. He was so proud of all of them. He loved to share their pictures and fun stories about them. He was a proud veteran. He loved walking in Uncle Sonny's footsteps. He loved his brothers, Ken and Aaron III "Bud." He loved all of his family. I talked with Steve after Michelle had passed and he let me know that he knew Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. It breaks my heart that I won't be able to talk to him here, but I know where he is and one day, if we accepted the Lord as our Savior, we will see him again. And I know he is rejoicing with Aunt Patsy and Uncle Sonny. I am looking forward to seeing them again. So many fun memories of Steve that I will cherish forever. Many thanks for Carol for all she has done taking care of Steve and loving him. I pray that she will continue to be a part of our family. Praying for her and all his family. He would want us to celebrate his life because he is forever at peace with Jesus.
