Sharon Gandy passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life of 60 years at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 15, 2019, at Lake Ridge Chapel.

Sharon Gandy was born on August 12, 1958 to Frank and Joyce Stewart Maxwell in Carrizozo, New Mexico. Sharon married Menford Gandy on July 5, 1977 at Sweet Street Baptist Church in Tahoka, Texas.

Survivors include her husband, Menford Gandy; children, Gary Gandy and wife, Ashley; and Lezli St. Clair; grandchildren, Kathrine and Alexander Gandy; and Brock and Nash St. Clair; siblings, Curtis Maxwell, Charles Hager and wife, Laurel; and Kelli Hager.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Joyce Maxwell.



The family of Sharon Gandy would appreciate contributions to be given to Lynn County E.M.S or to the Tahoka City/County library in her memory.

  6. I’m so sorry to learn of her passing. My deepest sympathy goes to the family. Revelation 21:4 gives us a beautiful promise for our future when Jehovah God does away with mourning, pain and death forever. I hope this scripture can bring some comfort to the family during this time.
