Sharon B. Ince

Sharon was born September 20, 1944, to E.R and lanell Ruth Blakney. She married Gerald Ince on August 2nd 1963 in Lubbock Texas.

She graduated from New Home high in 1962 where she was a cheerleader and very active in all school activities, Sharon was also very active with helping her father work on the family farm.

She attended Texas Tech in 62&63 where she studied Arts & literature. Sharon and Gerald moved to Lubbock in 1963 where she was a homemaker,worked at Lubbock High,and was in the administration department for Furrs cafeteria.

In 1964 Sharon gave birth to her first child Taige Ince and her second child in 67 Teck Ince.
In 1981 Sharon and Gerald moved to Houston for work and quickly moved to Amarillo Tx in 1982 where they would spend the next 10+ years working and renovating/selling homes.

They become very involved with Amarillo south around 1990 and were founding members. They moved around the state from 98 to 2009 to remodel homes and for Gerald’s work.

Sharon’s mother Ruth LaNell blankey passed away in 2009 and Gerald and Sharon moved to her home and stayed until 2023,they eventually ended up in Mangum OK. Where they wanted to spend there final years close to family.

Sharon is survived by husband, Gerald Ince; children, Taige Becker, Teck Ince; grandchildren, Blake (Hayley) Becker, Garrett (Savannah) Ince, Bailey (Gabriel) Boyles; great-grandchildren, Lucas Becker, Elijah McCallops, Judah McCallops, Haley Boyles, Serenity Boyles, Liam Boyles (on the way).

She is preceded in death by parents, E.R. and LaNell Ruth Blakney; brother, Max Blakney.

Sharon passed away on June 26, 2024 at 79 years old.
