Sammy (Sam) Lynn Page, 50, of Lubbock, Texas passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at his residence. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2015 also at Lake Ridge Chapel with Mitch Wilson officiating. Sam was born on April 3, 1964 in Lubbock, Texas to Charles and Marie Page. He attended Roosevelt schools. He married Linda Simmons on January 31, 1994 in Lubbock. He was a truck driver for many years. He was previously employed by Groendyke Transport. Sam’s passion was truck driving and collecting guns. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Page and his grandparents. He is survived by his wife, Linda, of the home; his mother, Marie Page of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; his brother, Charles Page and wife, Becki of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; his four sisters, Sharon Hybert and husband, Mike of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Wanda Cate and husband, John of Shallowater, Charlet Huelsenbeck and husband, Jonas of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Cindy Noe and husband, Jeff of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; two half-sisters, Beverly Depue, and Barbara Barber and two half-brothers, Charlie Stepp and Clayton Stepp, all of Colorado. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Joyce Adkins of Lubbock; his sister-in-law, Barbara Anderson and her husband, Mike of Floydada; his brother-in-law, Ray Lemon of Lubbock and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
