Rowena was a beautiful, loving spirit when I knew her in an early morning water aerobics class I led from 1998 to 2006. It was a hard time in her life. As she opened her heart to me, I could see that she took great comfort from the love of her family and from the work she did as a caregiver. We didn't continue to have contact after the class disbanded, but I've always remembered her and prayed that life had become easier and more peaceful.
