Obituary

Robert L. Myers was born February 17, 1948, to the late Bob and Estelle Myers in Crowell, TX. He loved life, loved to laugh and loved his family. He made the decision to follow Christ in 1974 and lived up to his calling until he departed. On July 23, 1971, he married Christina. He farmed in the Spade area for 13 years. He then worked for South Plains Electric Coop for 27 years, retiring in 2015. He also served as a deacon and elder at the Anton Church of Christ. They moved to Shallowater in 2016.

He is survived by his wife, Christina Myers of Shallowater; children, Scott and Phebe Myers of Shallowater, Kenneth and Heather Myers of Flower Mound, and Jennifer Myers of Shallowater; 5 grandchildren, Joshua Myers, Rachel Myers, Kip Myers, Kade Myers, and Kal Myers; two sisters, Joella Hemming, and Debra Jackson; and a brother, Chris Myers.
