His family moved to Duncan, OK, before settling in Burkburnett, TX, where Robert participated in football, basketball, and track. Upon graduation, he attended Cisco Jr College along with Lewis Kelly and Gene Coulter. On a track scholarship, his team won the National Jr College Championship in the 880 relay. He moved to Lubbock to enroll in Texas Tech University, where he received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree. He coached at Atkins Jr High and taught Drivers Education at all four high schools in Lubbock ISD before ending his career as golf coach at Lubbock High.After retiring in 2001, Robert pursued his love of fishing and golf. He was an active member of the Lubbock Bassmasters, as well as the MGA and SrMGA at LakeRidge.Robert is survived by his wife, Rebecca, of 56 years; his son, Rob, and daughter-in-law, Lori; and granddaughter, Sayler, of Sonora, TX. He is also survived by two brothers: Kenneth Reagan of Oklahoma and Charles Reagan of Austin, TX; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jerry Reagan.
