Robert “Tersco Bob” Hixson was born on September 19, 1931,to Jasper and Beulah Willever in Belvidere, New Jersey. On October 26, 1953, Bob married Rita Anne Scales in Lubbock, Texas. He served in the US Airforce after
graduating from High School in 1950. Bob was employed with Tersco for 32 years.
Survivors include his wife, Anne Willever; children, Jeffrey Lynn Willever, Mark Kelly Willever and wife, Pam, and Robyn Diane Lassman; grandchildren, Chris and Chelsea Willever; Diane Maples, and Jennifer Sheets; grandchildren, Christopher and Chance Willever, Brett and Bradley SanMiguel; Lane, Hunter, and Brodie Sheets; Garrett and Colton Willever; great-grandchild, Makayla Willever; three nieces, Dawn and Amy Piazza; and Gina Davey; two great-nieces, Jessica McKenna, Rachel Dalrymple. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper Hixson and Beulah Willever; sister, Marjorie Dalrymple; nephew, Brent Dalrymple; and son-in-law, Russell Lassman.
