I am saddened to learn of the passing of Ralph. I became acquainted with Ralph through the Lubbock Association of Realtors Commercial luncheons. For years, Ralph attended faithfully, and was always a pleasant and interesting conversationalist. I admired Ralph in numerous ways, as he was witty, kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable in broad spectrums. I pray his family will be comforted with peace and God's Blessings.

I have known Ralph for over 40 years as fellow West Texas appraisers. Ralph always had a smile and his briefcase. He was a professional who believed in giving back to the organizations of which he was a part. He will be missed.

I am sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. We were in the Texas Plains Chapter together years ago when I was in San Angelo, and we got our MAI designations at approximately the same time. He was a great friend always had a smile for me. I will say a prayer for Ralph and for all of his family. May God bless all of you and keep you safe.
