Phyllis was born in Denver, CO, on November 10, 1953, to Phil and Dorothy Jones. She loved her friends and family with her whole heart. Her faithful devotion to Christ was also evident in every aspect of her life. Phyllis had an almost 35-year career as a clerk for the Federal Court in the United States Probation & Pre-trial Services Office, where she was distinguished with multiple awards for her outstanding service and commitment. She was loved and admired by everyone she worked with.
She is survived by her husband Denny; their children, Adam Lunsford, Wesley Lunsford (Jennifer Jones), Molly Mandry (Thomas Mandry); her four grandchildren, Madelyn, Emma, Blake, and Jevin; and her sister, Cindy Whitaker (Lewis Whitaker).
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her two brothers, Mike and Tim Jones.
