Pamela Lea Horner, 67, was welcomed into God’s loving arms on December 24, 2022. Pamela lived the majority of her life in Artesia, NM.
She was born on February 2, 1955, to Harold Bill and Pansy Waldrip. On June 5, 1976, she married Robert Horner, Jr. in Artesia where they lived and raised their children on the family farm. Pam’s love for Jesus and Truth was demonstrated in every aspect of her life. This passion led her to help build the Artesia, NM Chapter of Community Bible Study. She served as the first Teaching Director in this Chapter and remained an active member until her death. In 1998, she combined her love for children and her passion for teaching and became a middle school teacher for the Artesia Public Schools. She was a lifelong learner and teacher.
Through God’s Grace, Pam was able to navigate life’s ups and downs with courage and strength that was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
