With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ms. Nodji Riley, age 79, who went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 3, 2025, and she was surrounded by her loving family.
Ms. Riley was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She lived a life full of humor, love, generosity, unwavering faith, grace, and compassion. She had one daughter, two granddaughters, and four great grandchildren. She made a lasting impression on people she worked with in the food distribution industry, spending many fulfilling years at Frito Lay and Shearers. She was quick-witted and full of fun and laughter. Her dedication, kind personality, and helpfulness were noticed by those she worked with and she was held in high regard by the people around her. She built lasting friendships along the way and touched many lives with her kindness and love for life.
Nodji is survived by her beloved daughter, Tara (Andrew) Strawn, and her precious grandchildren, Heather (Devin) Goettsch and Megan (Kit) Kingston. She was also a proud great grandmother to four beautiful children, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. She is survived by her brother, Tim (Judy) Wolfe, and her late brother’s wife, Brenda Wolfe. Nodji was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Buena Wolfe; brothers, Rick (Kay), Ron (Brenda) Wolfe; husband, Jack Bailey.
