Misty a former resident of Lubbock TX, passed away unexpectedly on September 4^th, 2024.

She was a graduate of Henry Sibley High School in 2000. She attended Western Oklahoma State College in Altus, Oklahoma.

She enlisted in the United States Air Force on December 4^th, 2003, and was assigned to Rammstein AFB, Germany. She met her former husband Douglas Booker in 2004. They were blessed with their only daughter December Booker who is currently attending the University of Arizona.

Misty was a beautiful vibrant and strong woman. She always had a commanding presence whenever she entered a room making her the center of attention. Her beautiful smile always brought happiness to everyone. Misty loved to travel and visit with her many friends across the States. Her friends are what kept her strong and moving, her daughter was one of her best friends and no matter where Misty resided December was always on her mind and in her heart.

Misty is survived by her parents and their current spouses, two grandmothers, her daughter, December Booker, two brothers, Kenny and Michael Bell, a sister Christina Bell, and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

We will miss you greatly, Misty. I will never forget us making Thanksgiving cards together and unknowingly making ours for each other. Your unwavering love and brightness for life will never be forgotten. I wish I could have hugged you at least once more.

My heart is broken over the passing of Misty. She was just the sweetest friend to me in middle school and has always kept in touch with me over the years. I will forever be grateful for her existence in this world. I wish there were more people like Misty. My heart aches that we never got to reunite to hug one last time. My thoughts and prayers to December as well as all who loved Misty. I will love you forever lady, thank you for always being you ❤️

It is impossible to forget someone who gave you so much to remember. What a beautiful angel you will be. My deepest sympathies to the family, may God bless you with peace and comfort.

I will always remember the good times growing up. From ski trips to boating out on the lake. You were/are a big part in who I am today. You left this world to soon, you will be missed.

My favorite memory of us… we were visiting with you. I acted like you were mine. Your mom laid you down for a nap. I was waiting for you to wake up. I got so bored that I sneaked in your room and climbed into your crib and watched you sleep. I woke you up and we played together. Your mom walked and we were busted. Misty I wish you known your worth. You were so strong, I wish you would’ve called someone to talk to them. Life will never be the same. Love you 🥺💔❤️‍🩹💔❤️‍🩹

Misty, from the very first day we met till the very last day we spoke I knew we would be best friends. You are my best friend in the RV Park. You’re the most giving, loving, and caring person I’ve ever met. You are the best RV Neighbor anyone could ever ask for I loved our Friday night movie watching I loved all our dinners, our talks, and all our late night tears together You’ll always hold a special place in my heart. And I miss you very much, I’m somewhat lost without you now, but I know you’re at peace. I will love you forever my friend, fly high. 🪽🌹
