The family of Linda Kay Lorck will celebrate her life of 67 years, at 4:30 PM on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers followed by a reception. Linda Kay requested that everyone wear bright colors for her celebration. She passed on Sunday, September 12, 2021. At the family’s request, a mask is required if attending in person.On May 14, 1954, Linda Kay was born to Amos and Valentina (Gomez) Palma in Sweetwater, TX. She married Benjamin “Ben” Lorck on October 4th, 1996, in Clovis New Mexico. Linda Kay was known for her contagious laugh and a smile that could light up a room. She was compassionate and had a heart for helping the homeless. Linda Kay never met a stranger and was a caregiver for the last several decades. She was known for her faith in God and reading her Bible daily.Survivors include her husband, Ben; children, Lisa (Ricardo) Ziegenfuss, Angie (Rey) Garcia, Amanda Bucy, Deanie Diaz, Kristi Diaz, and Elizabeth (Chris) Hamlin; grandchildren, Victoria Ziegenfuss, Alexandria Ziegenfuss, Isabella Ziegenfuss-Roy, Elijah Gonzales, Abigail Gonzales, Ambree Espinoza, Anavey Espinoza, Tyler Lorck, Wade Guzman, Lillian Guzman, Faith Guzman, Asher Hamlin, Reece Hamlin; one great-granddaughter, Sophia; mother, Valentina Palma; and sisters, Catalina (Scott) Barker, Helen (Guy) Mabee, and Irene (John) Carrier.She was preceded in death by her father, Amos Palma.
