Leit Martin

Leit Freeman Grant Martin, 37, of Lubbock, TX, died on May 17, 2016. Leit is survived by three daughters, April and Morgan Martin of Cushing, TX, MacKenzie Martin of Lubbock, two sons, Kolton and Braxton Martin of Lubbock; his parents, Mark and Isabel Martin of Albuquerque, NM, Ronda and Mark Hobgood of Cushing, TX; his grandparents Jeanne Martin of Lubbock, Ross and Evelyn Phillips of Lubbock; 8 sisters—Lynsey Webb, Krystle Hodges, Kaitlain Link, Meisje Brown, Carisa Ball, Haley Martin, Laney Martin, Megan Martin and 3 brothers, Ross Link, Christopher Hogbood and Williem Hobgood; numerous aunts and uncles and many, many cousins who all loved him. Leit had a special bond with his Grandpa Ross Phillips and his late PaPa, Joe Frank Martin. Leit had a strong Christian faith; he could often be found reading his Bible. Leit was always smiling and could make anyone laugh. Leit was a very kind-hearted, hard-working young man who dearly loved his family and children. His hobbies were weight lifting, hunting and fishing. Pallbearers include Mark Price, Matt Price, Cole Martin, Hank Hensley, Hunter Martin, Jake Martin, Austin Martin, and Ross Link
