Aunt Theresa (as we called her) was a wonderful friend and family member. We always called her Aunt although she was my father's cousin (OB Cecil), Agnes Cecil's son. I used to love talking to her in my early years when she lived with Aunt Katie. We visited there often. Aunt Katie was my favorite great aunt. Later, when I went to Texas Tech, I often got out of the dorm and spent a weekend with Jerry and her. Both great people. Later, I worked for the Army & Air Force Exchange and one of our Engineers or Architects turned out to be Jerry's brother!! Small world. Just talked to Aunt Theresa on her birthday. She looked and sounded amazing. I'm 76 and hope I look as well as she does when I'm her age, God willing. I will miss her and keeping up with Aunt Tillie's kids. She would always bring me up to date even though I haven't seen any of them since Aunt Tillie died. Prayers for the family. You have lost a jewel.

Teresa, I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of your mom, I got to know your mom and dad threw your playing basketball at CHS. They were two very kind and considerate Christians. Your mom will be in my prayers for sure. Blessings to you and your family.
