Kacy Ann was born on August 6, 1992 to in Casa Grande, Arizona. Survivors include her parents, Keith and Rose King Mashore; daughter, Lilian Quintanar; siblings, Michael and Haley Mashore; paternal grandparents, Mike and Cheryl Mashore; and maternal grandparents, Travis and Mary King.

Kacy was a friend of our sons. We met her and Lilian once and they just left such a wonderful impression on us. Kacy would cook for our son and his friends when they were in college so they would have a home cooked meal. That meant a lot to us as parents! Our hearts just broke when we heard the news.
