Joseph was such an amazing person and friend. His positive attitude and laughter was so contagious. We’ve been friends for as long as I can remember, we shared many laughs and many memories together. From playing soccer together as kids to playing lacrosse together where we developed a strong brotherhood. Nothing but love, thoughts and prayers for the Callender family.

Joseph was so positive and always smiling, such a genuine and nice young man. We have wonderful memories of him since elementary school when he played soccer with our son Garrett and several friends who all became lacrosse brothers with Joseph in high school. They all had a special bond playing lacrosse together. Our thoughts, love, and prayers are with the Callender family.

Joseph was pure sunshine. I remember his early years so vividly, and he always had a smile on his chubby face. Nothing held him back! Our family remembers him taking on the world as a toddler with a cast on his arm. He joyfully took on the world, and we loved him for it. He grew into such a delightful young man; your pride in him was well deserved. We will always miss him. His smile will live in our hearts forever.
