Joseph Marricle, 40, of Lubbock went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 10, 2017. He was born on July 2, 1976 in Lubbock, Texas to Ron and Charlotte Marricle. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1994. He continued his education at South Plains College and Texas Tech.Joey never met a stranger and would never leave someone in need. The last big snow in Lubbock was one of his favorite times. If you were one of the 150 people pulled out of the snow by a big black Toyota Tundra, and he refused payment, itwas him. He loved his family, friends, and sharing his knowledge with people. There wasn’t a soul around him who wasn’t touched by him. He was a passionate father to his son, Conner, who was his pride and joy. Hunting was a passion for them both, whether it was deer, bird or pokemon. He was a father figure to many children throughout the years. He had been a long time employee to Verizon until finding his home at ClearTalk Wireless, where he became the motivational leader and everyone’s “Rock”. Working his way up as the VP of retail, he strived for success and constantly worried over his team of employees, their families, and their success within ClearTalk. He is survived by his parents, Ron and Charlotte Marricle of Wolfforth; children, Joseph (Conner) Marricle of Amarillo, and Cydnee Jo; his adopted siblings, Sammy, Alexander and Victoria Garcia; fiancé, Terilinda Villa; and her children, Brittany Garcia (Richard), Makayla, and Zachary Mora, and grandson, Kamdyn Garcia. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many lifelong friends; too many to list.
