Jerri Cash

Geraldine Elizabeth Cash (Jeri), 88 passed away on Saturday, May, 20, 2017. She was born to John Henry Brannon and Ethel Joyce Cruse Brannon on August 30, 1928, in Tampa, FL. She moved El Paso as a young bride in June of 1946, where she resided until March, 2015, when she moved to Lubbock, TX. She was a stay-at-home mom until her children were grown. Jeri was well-known for her quick and witty humor.She was involved in many community organizations in El Paso. Jeri became a beautician, opening her own shop. After selling her successful business, she worked for El Paso Electric Company as a home energy auditor until her retirement.Jeri is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and eldest son, Terry Lynn Moreland.She leaves behind to cherish her memories, Jeri Lea Loper (Bill) of Lubbock; Kerry Lane Moreland (Becki) of North Richland Hills; Sheri Linn Pate (Tom) of Austin; and Merry Hopper (Jack) of Aubrey. She also leaves 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.A memorial service will be held in El Paso at Memorial Pines Cemetery, Sunland Park, NM, at a later date.The family would like to thank the entire staff at Brookdale Senior Living, the Isle at Raider Ranch in Lubbock, and Kindred Hospice of Lubbock for their constant and dedicated love and care of our mother.
