JB Flores

The family of JB Flores will host a gathering of family and friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, April 28, 2023, at One Accord Fellowship Church, 6002 Avenue U, Lubbock Texas. A service to celebrate his life of 39 years is scheduled at 10:30 AM on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at One Accord Fellowship Church.

JB Flores was born July 31,1983, to Julio and Nelda Vera Flores in Lubbock, TX. He and his family lived in Plainview, TX, until 1991, when the family moved to Seminole, TX. JB lived in Seminole until December 2022 when he moved to Lubbock. He graduated from high school in Seminole and began working in the oilfield industry. His last position in the oilfield industry was in inventory control. He had a remarkable reputation in his field.

JB was a very gifted guitarist. He was also a very talented artist, as is evidenced by the paintings he gave to parents, grandparents, and friends. JB was always the favorite uncle to his many nephews and to his niece. He will be missed.

JB is survived by his parents, Julio, and Nelda Flores; siblings, Nathanael (Virginia) Flores, Nicholas Flores; grandmother, Frances Vera; aunts and uncles, Velma (Sam) Medina, Homer (Tina) Vera, Velinda (Tony) Villanueva, Israel Flores, Paula (Gerardo) Arrambide, Gracie Orta, Becky Flores; numerous cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has designated the “Kingdom Kids Children’s Ministry” at One Accord Fellowship Church.
