Jim and Betty shared a beautiful life journey that spanned over 72 years full of laughter, love and dancing. Jim was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. His love for his family and his unique sense of humor and infectious smile were the hallmarks of his personality, and he brought joy to everyone who knew him.
Jim was a hardworking and passionate individual who enjoyed a fulfilling career which brought him to Lubbock with the Dr. Pepper Company in 1958. He continued with Coca Cola, Coors Distributors, Foodway grocery stores, ownership in Deardorf Produce and then retired after twenty years with Llano Estacado Winery. His dedication and determination were evident in his professional and personal life, where he was always there to support his family and friends.
