Martha, I am so sorry to read this. I so enjoyed sharing our common "luv" for Larson's Farside over the years and the laffs and chuckles at my office I was appreciative when Jackie reached out to me when i retired and moved away and the way he would "poke the bear" with a text. To me, he will be remembered as a kind and thoughtful man with a wit and style of his own. I am genuinely sorry.

My deepest sympathies and prayers to the family and friends. Jackie and I knew each other from OL Slaton jr high in the 50’s and Monterey high. I worked in the Fire protection business and did his repairs in Lovington NM and Lubbock for years. When I retired he hired me to repair his ramps for loading and unloading trailers repair boat trailers, buildings, and regardless of what I was doing and he had a project for the lake or deer lease I had to do them before Thursday lunch because he was going to one or the other. We had an on going joke for years about our age. I would tell him in September on his birthday that he was sure getting old. He would tell me in the following July that I had caught up with him so I was old also. Will miss him greatly. Love,Peace, and Prayers to the family and friends. Good man!!!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

What a great co-worker and friend at Farmers Compress. I will miss him calling me every year on my birthday. June tenth. However; I know when he zipped lined to Heaven and arrived in the arms of his creator he had left all earthly ills behind and now knows perfect health 💕
