Howard Salisbury Lee, Graphic Artist, died of a stroke at the age of 62, on October 4th, 2021. Funeral services will be held at The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7016 Frankford Ave, on October 12th, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. His family will host a time of fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2021, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. He graduated from Monterey High School in 1977. He served a two-year mission in Utah for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (1978 to 1980).He was a faithful disciple of Christ. He was a truly good man and had a delightful sense of humor.He earned an Associates Degree at Ricks College (1982), and a Bachelor of Arts degree, at San Diego State University (1989), with a major in Graphic Arts.Howard loved the outdoors, hiking, skiing, and traveling. His travels took him to Australia, Hawaii, Portugal, Mexico, Africa and the Caribbean Islands.He lived in Colorado for about 20 years. He worked as a graphic artist there and had other employment. More recently he has worked as a graphic artist at Mary Lee Gardens nursery in Lubbock.He is survived by his parents, Dellas W. Lee and Mary Lee; four brothers: Timothy Dellas Lee (Pauline), Mark Wayne Lee, Randal Auksenty Lee (Lisa), Benjamin Michael Lee (Hope), a sister: Anna Mary Johnson; and nephews and nieces: Alexandra Mary Lee, Nathaniel Wayne Lee, William Evan Lee, Jasmine Padilla Carroll Lee, Jacob Auksenty Lee, James Thomas Lee, Samantha Jane Lee, Aiden Christopher Johnson, Calla Dale Johnson.Howard was a gentle giant and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
