Mickley, 90, of Lubbock, passed away April 23, 2021.  He was born in Waco, Texas on February 16, 1931.He was married to Jane for 50 years until her passing in 2002.Howard served eight and a half years in the U.S. Air Force and had a rewarding sales career.  He was a Life Member of Daylight Masonic Lodge, an Endowed Member of Lubbock Scottish Rite, and a long and active member of Khiva Shrine Temple and The South Plains Shrine Club where he enjoyed his membership in both the Khiva Kart Patrol and the Lubbock Muleskinners.He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane, his mother Myra Mickley, his father, Nyle Mickley, brother, Nyle S. Mickley, and his sister, Mary Aileen Shapiro.Howard is survived by his son, Jim and his wife, Maria Mickley of Oklahoma City, Ok; son, Ron and his wife, Karen Mickley, of Lubbock; daughter, Linda and her husband, Jack Walters of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and niece, Karen McLellan of Berkeley, Ca.  He is also survived by his pride and joys-6 grandchildren, Rebecca, Michael, Jessica, Jason, Katie, and Chris; and 10 great-grandchildren.
