It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Graham Alan Wiemers. Born in Lubbock, TX on September 2, 2023, Graham’s light shone brightly for the short time he was here, before departing this world on September 3, 2024.
Graham will be deeply missed by his father, Clay Alan Wiemers; mother, Cassidee Noel (Sanders) Wiemers; sister, Hazel Wiemers; grandparents, Ricky and Judy Sanders, David and Mary Wiemers, and Kerrie Molnar; great-grandparents, Pete and Julia Garcia and Bob and Bonnie Iseral, and John and Janie Avila; aunts and uncles, Celeste and Johnny Thompson, Santana Sanders, Casey Sanders and Kiff and Erin Wiemers; cousins, Avianna Sanders, Kaleb Wiemers and Addison Wiemers; along with many aunts, uncles, and extended family. His presence brought joy and warmth to all who knew him, leaving an indelible mark even in his brief time on Earth.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 10:00 am Monday, September 9, 2024, at Church on the Rock South Campus, followed by burial at Resthaven Memorial Park.
In the stillness of our hearts, let us remember Graham’s innocence, his precious smile, and the love he shared with everyone he met. His legacy will endure through the cherished memories he leaves behind.
Graham will be laid to rest beside his great-grandmother, Hazel Sanders.
