Joseph Alleyne Kelly, Jr left a message on March 9, 2023: To Gary's love ones: I was a drug rep in Lubbock for several years before moving to the Tulsa area. Dr Williams was one of my clients and he was such an inspirational gentleman. We discussed the medicine I promoted as well as religion and politics. We developed a great friendship. He was very passionate about the Mormon religion and he gave me the Book of Mormon that he personally wrote in. I still have the book he gave me and thought of him today. I looked him up online just to see if he was still in Lubbock and that's how I discovered his passing. He was a great man and I know he is sincerely missed by all who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace and blessing's to you and my deepest sympathy.
