A service to celebrate the life of Gail Louise Leslie is scheduled at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers, followed by a time of fellowship with family and friends. She passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023.

Gail Louise Efird Leslie was born July 10, 1954, to Alfred and Helen (Leonard) Efird in Joplin, MO. She attended Joplin schools and graduated from Missouri Southern University. She married Richard Leslie on June 8th, 1973 in Joplin, Mo. While in Joplin, Gail was employed as a Resource Investigator at the Joplin Regional Center. After relocating to Lubbock, TX she was an area sales manager for Hallmark Inc. for many years.

One of the highlights of her life was spending time at their lake house on Grand Lake. Gail enjoyed traveling with her husband, Rich until his death on August 19, 2006. She was a very Christian lady who thoroughly enjoyed exploring God’s word with her bible study group. Her biggest joy was spending time with her six grandchildren.

Mrs. Leslie is survived by her daughters, Lindsey Michelle Schuette, and husband Vance, and Angela Gail Garcia, and her husband Victor. Her grandchildren, Brock Schuette, Brody Schuette, Bryson Garcia, Caleb Garcia, Paxton Garcia, and Brynlee Garcia; and brothers, David (Cheryl) Efird, and Doug (Vicky) Efird.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Helen (Leonard) Efird; and her husband, Richard Leslie.
