On December 16, 1953, Eusebio Cabreros was born to Constantino and Juana Cabreros Roldan in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He was known as “Boy” or “Amboy” by his siblings, “Tatay” by his family, and “Papsy” by his coworkers. After college, he landed his first job as an auditor and was able to travel all over the Philippines where he met his wife Benilda. He married Benilda Torres on April 27, 1989, in Pasay City, Philippines, and they were blessed with three daughters.

In 1987, he made a big leap of faith by moving to the United States and worked all his life as a Chef to provide a better life for his family. Even though he was far away from his family, he made sure that every graduation and special event in the life of his children he was there. He was an extremely hard worker and retired at the age of 65. He was a funny, supportive, and loving father and taught his children to enjoy every moment life has to offer. He was a nature lover and enjoyed his mini garden of vegetables. He also enjoyed doing yard work and watching his favorite tv shows while drinking his coffee. He was passionate about talking about history, his favorite baseball team Yankees, his love for fishing, and his childhood memories. He loved cracking jokes and was known for his sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife, Benilda Roldan; their children, Sheena (Peter) Sta Maria, Aileen Roldan, and Karla Roldan; grandchildren, Saabrina Audrey Acain; brother and sisters, Romeo (Edith) Roldan, Clarita (Renato) Monje, Virginia Pagaduan, and Fe (Benjamin) Cordoba.

Eusebio was preceded in death by his parents Juana and Constantino Roldan and his siblings Alfredo Roldan, and Flora Cabuena.
