I am saddened to hear of cousin Don’s passing. Though I’ve not seen him in recent years, memories of him will always be one of a friendly and jovial man who was gracious in all situations. Specifically, I remember him taking the time to bring my aunt Ethel to Nebraska for my father’s funeral. I thought him to be an exceptionally kind man and I mourn that he is no longer with us.

As I read how much Don loved the outdoors and trips to Red River, planting a tree seemed to be the best way to honor his memory!

My deepest condolences to all the Family. I remember a holiday in Midland when Don & Elaine came to share. My contribution to the meal was sauerkraut and Zabcikville sausage! Don was one of few who really seemed to enjoy it and was kind in his compliment. Still makes me smile!
