Her family will host a time of fellowship and remembrance from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Carol married Mike Jackson, on November 29, 1974, at the First Baptist Church in Seminole, Texas.Survivors include her husband, Mike Jackson; their children, Tosha (Curt) Zabka, Cory (Karri) Jackson, Dustin (Stormy) Jackson, and Blake (Sarah) Jackson; grandchildren, Kaylee Jackson, Camryn Zabka, Courtney Jackson, Faith Zabka, Hayden Jackson, Grayson Jackson, Steven Jackson, Nolan Jackson, Corbin Jackson; sister, Judy Mutschler.Mrs. Jackson is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Frankie, and Phillip Everett.
