To all the Varghese family,My deepest sympathy to you for the passing of Bjay. Bjay was a treasured friendship that I became acquainted with as his service as an employee of the City of Lubbock Water Engineering Department. It was always my pleasure to listen to him share his faith as I was in his department many times as a local land developer. In the inspiring words of Paul, Bjay's life was Christ directed, Christ devoted, Christ determined and Christ dated. Christ was at the center and circumference of his life. My life was enriched by his faith and faithfulness. Blessings be upon all his loved ones for the cherished memories. Joe Stettheimer
Sam & Elizabeth Mathew left a message on January 4, 2020:
A life well lived; a life well served; a life well loved; a life well aware of the challenges and well faced; a life well versed in the scriptures and well knowing his Lord and Savior; a life that can be well cherished and treasured; a life that served as a good example for others; a life well loved by Christ. He lived it full and complete. Now his soul rests with his Lord.2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4:"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God".May He grant the comfort and strength to the family and friends.

My heartfelt condolences and prayers to the Varghese Family. I was blessed to work with Bjay for many years. I was most honored to join Bjay and Family when he became a U.S. Citizen. BJay was very proud of this accomplishment and I was grateful to be included in that small part of his large life. Bjay was a humble and Godly person and will be missed by all who knew him.
