Benito M. De Los Santos

The family of Benito De Los Santos will celebrate his life of 82 years at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. His family will host a time of fellowship and remembrance from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, January 08, 2021 also at the chapel. He passed on Monday, January 4, 2021. In support of the health of everyone, face coverings are mandatory while attending the service. The service will be live-streamed on this page, where you are encouraged to sign the virtual guestbook and share memories and expressions of sympathy.On April 28, 1938, Benito was born to Esquiel and Margarita De Los Santos in Gonzales, TX. He married Rosemary Reyes on December 1, 1958 in Brownfield, TX. The two were married for 38 years. He was a self-taught welder by trade. He loved spending time with his family playing 31 (chbosky), barbequing, dancing and listening to music. His favorite sayings were “Not To Worry”, “Take It Away” and “Don’t Be Angry With Me Darling”. Our father, grandpa and great grandpa’s absence will leave a void in our hearts but be filled with beautiful memories.Survivors include his children,  Benito De Los Santos Jr., Gloria Rios, Barbara Rogers, Ruben De Los Santos, Rachel Picon-Isbell, and Corina Jandrew; grandchildren, Yvonne Smith, Veronica De Los Santos, Jason De Los Santos,  Monica Rios, Vanessa Brown, Joshua Rios, Shannon Rogers, Christopher Rogers, Monique Rogers, Amanda De Los Santos- Gloria, Rebecca De Los Santos, Ruben De Los Santos Jr., Timothy Montalvo, Austin De Los Santos, Kelsey Velasquez, Brandon Picon, Zachary Picon, Derek Campos, Juston Campos, and Stephanie Refowich; 38 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Sally Lopez.He is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; and two sisters.
