She received her LVN license from Brownfield Regional Medical Center and worked as an LVN for most of her adult life. Becky moved to Lubbock in 2007. She worked at Covenant Surgicenter and received her degree in clinical administration from Kaplan College in 2010. Becky was an active member of Quaker Ave. Baptist Church. She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, especially aprons, quilting and any kind of crafts. Becky was a huge Elvis fan and had a large collection of angels. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved granddogs, Duke and Duchess, and with all the other white dogs. Rebecca is survived by her two sons, Nathan Lee Wood and fiancée Shelbi Wallace of Bowie, and Paul Bryan Lidzy of San Antonio; a grandson Ayden; one sister Jan (Craig) Cornett of Brownfield, one brother Averett Lidzy of Lubbock, two nieces, Natasha Campbell and Paloma Marshall, three nephews Evan Cornett, Dylan Wood and Zach Wood and four great nephews Kolby and Logan Campbell, and Bryson and Lawson Cornett. Becky’s family would like to thank her church family, her work family, along with her future family, June Heard, Ward and Julie Wallace, her “tea buddy,” Madison Wallace, and their families.
