Annette was a beautiful lady and wonderful helper who took care of my father for several years. She had such a precious heart to take care of those in their last season of life. She shared about Tara with such great pride. In those years Tara was running a sandwich shop I believe. Peace and love to Annette's family.

I’m so very sorry to learn of Annette’s passing....I only met her once in person, but she and her team served both my mom and dad and their home health needs. What an attentive nurse, certain and concise, with the patient care as her primary focus. You, and your attention and thoughtful heart will always be remembered, Annette. Rest In Peace ....

My sincere condolences to Annette’s family. My sister, Sharon, resides at Phoenix House. I watched Annette interact with Sharon and others there and saw the very real love she had for those under her care. She also cared about the family members and was always kind and understanding in every situation, no matter how difficult. I admired her very much.

Thank you Annette for having brightened my life and that of many others. Your loving care and compassion that you continually shared with those around you will never be forgotten. I will miss your smile that you always wore even during the times of the greatest stress in caring for those who were extremely sick. Although we haven't spoken to one another in years, I would like to tell you that we shall always love you and miss you. Until we meet again in the presence of our Lord, God Creator and Savior: Jesus, farewell.

My heart is broken for all of Annette's family. She was always a breath of fresh air when our paths crossed. I admire her for so many reasons, but the love that she had for others and her daughter was beautiful and abundant. May God's grace and mercy cover you all during this time of sorrow.
