Family and friends of Aaron Prieto will gather for a time of fellowship and storytelling on Sunday, March 12, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Services honoring his life of 33 years are scheduled at 10:00 AM, Monday, March 13, 2023, at Lake Ridge Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Aaron Ruben Prieto was born February 7, 1990, to Ruben Prieto and Linda Salaz in Lubbock, TX. Aaron graduated from Monterey High School in 2008 where he was a star pitcher. He was an IT and logistics coordinator for Cielo IT for the past four years. He married Natalie DeLeon on February 12, 2022, in Las Vegas at the famous Little White Wedding Chapel. Aaron loved music and enjoyed playing the electric guitar in his free time. He was a master of the grill and loved cooking for his family and friends. He was a selfless man who wanted to make everyone in his life happy, and he never asked for anything in return. All who knew him loved him, and he will be forever dearly missed.
Aaron is survived by his wife, Natalie Prieto; daughter, Cinda Jan Prieto; son, Carter Trae Prieto; mother, Linda Prieto; sisters, Serena Prieto, and Amber Prieto; niece, Brooklyn Saldivar; nephews, Ethan Prieto, Brayden Sigle, and Jason John Sigle; and maternal grandfather, Greg Salaz.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ruben Prieto; and maternal grandmother, Elvira Salaz.
