Strength and Balance: A Key to Longevity

Maintaining strength and balance as we age are key factors to staying healthy and preventing falls. We’ve all heard the saying that “Once you fall, it’s all downhill from there!” Staying strong and having good balance helps us feel more confident and makes us more apt to maintain our independence.  A fall can lead to a downward spiral in both our physical and mental capabilities. Let’s learn how to prevent them. Join us as Jennifer Page gets us up and moving with specific exercises and techniques to make us stronger and improve our balance with a safe program that can be implemented every day from the comfort of your home.
