Health and Wellness Series: As we age we are more likely to naturally suffer from brain fog, anxiety, forgetfulness or mental and emotional fatigue. Meditation is a practice of mindfulness used to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mental clarity, emotional calmness and a state of homeostasis.  Join us as we explore this technique, discover the awesome power of the human mind, and take a journey to restore balance in our daily lives.
